PET-RD-tools is a set of command line tools that are specifically developed for performing (pre)-processing tasks in PET-MR imaging. These tools focus on the validation and extraction of raw PET data, along with related files, which are essential for subsequent image reconstruction using STIR and SIRF frameworks. While the current tools primarily cater to the Siemens mMR system, support for the GE Signa PET/MR system is currently being developed.
