is an advanced community platform that hosts a range of cutting-edge applications. These applications are designed to analyze, present, and oversee dosimetry data in the fields of nuclear medicine, computed tomography, and hybrid imaging.
All MIRDsoft software releases are:
MIRDcalc
MIRDcalc is a software for internal dose computation created as a communal resource for determining organ-based radiopharmaceutical dosimetry. The software facilitates biodistribution-to-dosimetry calculations utilizing the MIRD schema and integrates calculation-specific information for 333 isotopes (ICRP Publication 107) alongside a set of 12 ICRP reference phantoms, encompassing 81 source organs/regions and 43 target organs/areas, as well as accommodating up to 5 spherical tumours. You can download it from the provided link.
MIRDcell
MIRDcell is a complimentary freeware software that simulates the dispersion of radiopharmaceuticals in tissues, computes radiation dose distribution, models reactions at the cellular level, and forecasts the surviving fraction of both labelled and unlabeled population of cells. You can download it from the link below, available on the Rutgers University portal.
MIRDy90
The MIRDy90 MS Excel worksheet, which is available for free, was created to serve as a research tool that has been vetted in order to assist in the evaluation of patient-specific prescribed activities. The activities have been calculated using a variety of models, including body-surface area (BSA), MIRD single compartment, MIRD dual compartment (partition), and multi-compartment. MIRDy90 enables users to interact with and visualize the results of a variety of parameter combinations. The MIRDy90 documentation and the MIRDy90 spreadsheets provide a detailed description of the variables, equations, and calculations. The worksheet is distributed as a free tool that has been built in Microsoft Excel to support the medical physics community and establish a vetted standard for model and variable management. Additional information can be found in the software manual and academic publications. Download MIRDy90 from the provided link.
And documentation & Instruction Manuals can be downloaded from the below link.
MIRDdcm
MIRDdcm is a free available software for sorting, sharing and achieving data in DICOM format from XLSX, PDF, CSV and ZIP files. MIRDdcm facilitates user to use their data in Medical imaging software such as PACS or any other software. The document that was changed into DCM format can be extracted into its original in case of changing back to the original format. MIRDdcm is available for download via the given link.
For more information about the software, we suggest seeing the manual of software.
